- Major David George Minden Dundas (Indian Infantry) dies in India at age 37. He is the son of ‘Sir’ George Whyte Melville Dundas the 5th Baronet who lost a younger son in February 1915.
- Second Lieutenant Alexis Cowper Honey (Worcestershire Regiment) dies of wounds at age 19. He is the only son of the late Reverend Albert Alexis Honey
