- Lieutenant Arthur Wilmot Carr (Connaught Rangers attached Royal Air Force) drowns while bathing in Aboukir Egypt at age 35. He is the son of the late Reverend Henry Bryan Carr.
- Second Lieutenant John Hillier Blount (Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry attached Royal Air Force) is accidentally killed at home at age 19. His father died of dysentery in the South African War in 1900.
